Building your 1 Hour a Day Profits on Auto Pilot

Are you overwhelmed with all the tasks that are required to start building a Online Business? Here’s my list of things you must fit into your 1 hour a Day Business Plan.

1. Build your List
2. Communicate with your List
3. Offer your List valuable information & products
4. Establish new offers for affiliate products
5. Communicate with your list about your primary business

As you can see this is a lot of work. Much more that one person can do by themselves. Remember our goal is to do this part time! More importantly you must do this consistently. Your list needs to develop a relationship with you.

Here’s what I’m doing, and your welcome to copy this formula.

Building your List

This takes a number of forms, but the primary activity for me is giving away free information products. For example, “20 Secrets to a Profitable List” or “the Viral Spiral Secret” are both examples of free offers that invite people to join my list.

Recently I’ve added another free product from James Grandstaff, “How to Build a Lazy Downline“. Each of these free reports allow me to collect leads for my business and gives my prospects the opportunity to purchase some great products. When they purchase I make a nice commission.

I was spending $3.00 a lead for the contact information for people looking for a home based business. Now I can collect my own name for free. Which one would you prefer?

Communicate with your List

Ok, I’ve begun to simplify my lists, to make sure they are easy to manage. I maintain 3 lists.

1. Prospects (1 Hour a Day Profits - Viral Spiral List Builder)

3. Internet Marketing Customers (Weekly Mailing)

The money is in the list, so keeping in touch with people is important. The 1 Hour a Day Profits - Viral Spiral List Builder is a key area for me. Because I can offer a wide range of free information products here, and it also provides my prospect with the opportunity to build their own lists I try and focus offers for great content and products though this channel first.

My customers lists are important and you want to offer them information and updates on a regular basis. It’s important to remember that I use my blog and podcast to communicate with them as well.

Offer New Products to your List

This should be a combination of free information and offers for products and services in your niche. I’m always looking for things that can help my list members. To support that I began working with Russell Brunson, and now I have a monthly membership program called Affiliate Land mines Now. This site features a combination of free and paid products that you can offer your customers. Russell calls them land mines because our strategy is set these products in place and what for a customer to trip one. This is a great way to introduce people to your products and since we set them up once we can simply forget about them until they go off. These thing fit in well with the 1 Hour a Day Profits plan.

Talk about your Primary Business

The reason that most of us began our Internet businesses is that we wanted a way to develop a strong, long term residual income. The Internet is a great place to do that. You may have a different business that you want to share. The people that purchase a product or download a free report are people that are looking for a way to make money online. These are the best leads you will find. Make sure you talk to everyone about your Primary Business, you can use any method that you are comfortable with. But if you have treated them right by providing great information and products, they are going to be more open to listening to your opportunity.

Like most Home-based business owners, I’m not looking to “Sell” you on my deal. But I know that my program has value for me and my current customers. I want the opportunity to introduce my prospect to my program and let them make up their own mind.
